The Current Garden Tour......5/14/2009

First......here is the Wild Flower Garden.   It is just seeds given to me via trades or SASE and we took them all and dumped them in.........We are very happy with the results.

Next is just half of the herb garden (there is a second one behind me that I forgot to photograph....everything came is very well.

The Watermelon & Canalope vines....

The Tomatoes (there are actaully 3 large ones, and two smaller yellow pear tomoato plants in the foreground, just outside the picture.

A close up of the green tomatoes..... I counted 12 on two plants.

The Great Potato Experiment!!!!!  It was taking over, so I had to tie it up today!

Okra is off to the right. Corn to the Left.

Here one of the baby white saucer squashes that is in fron tof the potatoes.  I just finished pulling out all the radishes early today.

This is along the back fence where I have green beans, and wax beans growing.  Just above the canalope vine is invading their aerospace.  In front I have some argula lettuce coming in.  You will notice the onions to the left.  I just finished harvesting the green bibb lettuce and enjoyed my final salas last weekend.

Two Pictures of the Onion Patch, including a close up. The foregorund is my plastic owl to scare away the squirrels.........they keep stealing my recycled celery starts...

Those plants not really photographed, but there are there (I Promise)...

Banana Peppers....already harvest two large ones, but there are more blooms

Jalapeno pepper bush.

Kolrabi

Celery plants (one about 12 inches tall, and one recycled start)

The Yellow Sweet Corn (8 stalks)

1 Japannese Red Bean Plant (another experiment)

about 16 Carrot Seedlings I just planted

That is the garden as it stands right now.....until next time!
